• Both the parents MUST be present on the day of Admission.
  • Original Birth Certificate from the Cantonment Board/Municipality with two photo copies of the same.
  • Two photo copies of the SSSMID, Blood Group, Bank Passbook and Aadhar Card.
  • If you belong to SC/ST/OBC, you have to bring father’s original caste certificate along with two photo copies of the same.
  • Original Transfer Certificate.
  • Attested copy of Mark sheet.
